Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Walsgrave Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

(2) In this Order—

“ the Order ” means the Walsgrave Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 ;

“the trust” means the Walsgrave Hospitals National Health Service trust established by the Order.

Section 2 Amendment to functions of NHS trust

In Article 3(2) of the Order, after the words “Coventry CV2 2DX” there shall be inserted “, the Hospital of St. Cross, Barby Road, Rugby, Warwickshire CV22 5PX, Hollies, Lower Hillmorton Road, Rugby, Warwickshire CV21 3SX and Board Room, Lower Hillmorton Road, Rugby, Warwickshire CV21 3SX”.
