Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the North Warwickshire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

(2) In this Order—

“ the Order ” means the North Warwickshire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 ;

“the trust” means the North Warwickshire National Health Service trust established by the Order.

Section 2 Amendment to functions of NHS trust

For Article 3(2)(a) of the Order, there shall be substituted the following article:—

(a) to own and manage pursuant to section 5(1)(a) of the Act:

(i) Chelmsley Hospital, Coleshill Road, Marston Green, Birmingham B37 7HL,

(ii) Admirals Court (Learning Difficulties Unit), 37 Nelson Way, Rugby, Warwickshire CV22 7LW,

(iii) Mental Health Resource Centre, 34 Clifton Road, Rugby, Warwickshire CV21 3QF,

(iv) 42 & 44 Rosewood Avenue, Rugby, Warwickshire CV22 5PL,

and associated hospitals, and there to provide and manage hospital accommodation and services; and

(b) to own and manage pursuant to section 5(1)(a) of the Act:

(i) 139 Earls Road, Nuneaton CV11 6QL,

(ii) Orchard Centre (Health Clinic), Lower Hillmorton Road, Rugby, Warwickshire CV21 3SR,

(iii) 13, 15, 17 & 19 Harris Drive, Rugby, Warwickshire CV22 6DX,

(iv) Hillmorton Clinic, 94 & 94a Coton Road, Rugby, Warwickshire CV21 4LX,

and associated premises, and there to provide and manage community health services.
