Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as The Cheviot and Wansbeck, North Tyneside Health Care, and Northumberland Community Health National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Cheviot and Wansbeck National Health Service Trust established by the Cheviot and Wansbeck National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
(2) The North Tyneside Health Care National Health Service Trust established by the North Tyneside Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
(3) The Northumberland Community Health National Health Service Trust established by the Northumberland Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
