Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the London Docklands Development Corporation (Transfer of Property, Rights and Liabilities) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 31st March 1998.

Section 2Transfer of property, rights and liabilities

There are hereby transferred to the Secretary of State the shares in the share capital of Docklands Light Railway Limited (company number 2052677) which are for the time being vested in the London Docklands Development Corporation, together with any rights and liabilities which the London Docklands Development Corporation has in relation to those shares .
