Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the North Durham Acute Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

The North Durham Acute Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the North Durham Acute Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
