Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as The Freeman Group of Hospitals and the Royal Victoria Infirmary and Associated Hospitals National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

(1) The Freeman Group of Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the Freeman Group of Hospitals (Establishment) Order 1990 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.

(2) The Royal Victoria Infirmary and Associated Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the Royal Victoria Infirmary and Associated Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
