Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 20th March 1998.

Section 2Amendment of the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1998

In regulation 1(1) of the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1998 for the words “and regulation 16” there shall be substituted the words “and regulations 2, 3, 16, 18(2)(a) and (d) to (g) and 18(1) in so far as it relates those sub-paragraphs”.
