Section 1Citation and extent
(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (Scotland) (Commencement No. 5) Order 1998.
(2) This Order shall extend only to Scotland.

Section 2Commencement
Sections 104 to 117 of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (in so far as they are not already in force) shall come into force on 1st May 1998.
