Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Lincolnshire Ambulance and Health Transport Service National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 23rd April 1998.
(2) In this Order—
“the first Trust” means the Humberside Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust;
“the second Trust” means the Lincolnshire Ambulance and Health Transport Service National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of the first and second Trusts on 17th December 1997.
