Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Special Trustees for University College Hospital (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 27th April 1998.

(2) In this Order—

“the Special Trustees” means the Special Trustees for University College Hospital;

“the Trust” means the Camden and Islington Community Health Services National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of the Special Trustees and the Trust on 11th November 1997.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 27th April 1998 the trust property shall be transferred from the Special Trustees to the Trust.
