Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles Registration Fee (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 9th April 1998.

Section 2

In regulation 2(1) of the Road Vehicles Registration Fee Regulations 1998 for the words “section 22” there shall be substituted “section 21”.
