Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (Variation of Schedule 9) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 28th April 1999.

Section 2 Variation of Schedule 9

The following animals are added to Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 –

With respect to the Outer Hebrides and the islands of Arran, Islay, Jura and Rum–

Deer, Cervus (all species)

(b) Deer, any hybrid one of whose parents or other lineal ancestor was a species of Cervus Deer
