Section 1

This Order may be cited as the High Court and County Courts (Allocation of Arbitration Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 26th April 1999.

Section 2

For paragraph (5) of article 5 of the High Court and County Courts (Allocation of Arbitration Proceedings) Order 1996 , substitute:–

(5) The value of any claim or counterclaim shall be calculated in accordance with rule 16.3(6) of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 .
