Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Contracting Out of Functions (Court Staff) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 26th April 1999.

The Contracting Out of Functions (Court Staff) Order 1999
Section 2
The Lord Chancellor may enter into a contract for the provision, for the purposes mentioned in section 27(1) of the Courts Act 1971, of officers and staff to provide information technology related services in the county courts.
Section 3
The Contracting out of Functions (Court Staff) Order 1996 and the Contracting Out of Functions (Court Staff) (Amendment) Order 1996 are hereby revoked.
