Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Health Authorities (England) Establishment Order 1996 Amendment and the Cambridgeshire and Norfolk Health Authorities (Establishment etc.) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

(2) In this Order, “the Principal Order ” means the Health Authorities (England) Establishment Order 1996 Amendment and the Cambridgeshire and Norfolk Health Authorities (Establishment etc.) Order 1999 .

Section 2 Amendment of Order

(1) In article 3(1) of the Principal Order, for the words “For the area of the county of Cambridgeshire”, there are substituted the words “For the area of the counties of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough”.

(2) In article 3(2) of the Principal Order, for the words “The County of Cambridgeshire.” (which describe the area), there are substituted the words “The Counties of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.”.
