Section 1

These rules may be cited as the Registration (Amendment) Rules 1998.

Section 2

The Registration Rules 1962 (scheduled to the Professions Supplementary to Medicine (Registration Rules) Order of Council 1962 , shall be further amended as follows:–

(i) in rule 16(i), after “31st May 1963,” there shall be inserted “the Arts Therapists Board before the 31st May 1999,”; and

(ii) in the Schedule, after the entry relating to “physiotherapists”, the following entries shall be inserted in the columns indicated:–

These rules shall come into force when confirmed by order of the Privy Council.
