Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 10th May 1999.

Section 2Amendment of the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1999

(1) The Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1996 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In Part I of the Schedule, in paragraph 2(2)(a):
(i) for “£23.66” there shall be substituted “£24.40”; and
(ii) for “£26.75” there shall be substituted “£27.60”.
