Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Welsh Language Schemes (Public Bodies) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 6th May 1999.

Section 2Specification of public bodies

The persons referred to in the Schedule to this Order are specified for the purposes of Part II of the Welsh Language Act 1993.
