Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Environment Act 1995 (Consequential Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 6th May 1999.

Section 2Amendment of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

In subsection (3)(c) of section 140 (other controls on substances, articles or waste) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 for “section 17 above” there shall be substituted “section 108 of the Environment Act 1995”.
