Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Wales) (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS Trusts

Each of the National Health Service Trusts specified in Schedule 1 is hereby dissolved and the Orders specified in column (1) of Schedule 2 are hereby revoked.
