This Order may be cited as the Consular Relations (Merchant Shipping) (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) (Revocation) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 6th May 1999.

Section 2

The Consular Relations (Merchant Shipping) (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) Order 1970 is hereby revoked.
