Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health Boards (Membership and Procedure) (No.2) Amendment Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 4th May 1999.

(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Health Boards (Membership and Procedure) (No.2) Regulations 1991 .

Section 2Amendment to the principal Regulations

In regulation 6 of the principal Regulations (disqualification) sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1) is omitted.
