Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 28th May 1999.

Section 2

Regulation 5(1) of the Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) Regulations 1984 shall be amended by substituting for the figure “£8.50”, in both places where it occurs, the figure “£10.00”.

Section 3

Regulation 5(1) of the Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) (Scotland) Regulations 1984 shall be amended by substituting for the figure “£8.50”, in both places where it occurs, the figure “£10.00”.

Section 4

The Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 are hereby revoked.
