The Harrow College (Incorporation) Order 1999

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Harrow College (Incorporation) Order 1999, and shall come into force on 1st June 1999 (“the Commencement Date”).

Section 2

On the Commencement Date there shall be established a body corporate called “Harrow College” for the purpose of establishing and conducting from the operative date a new educational institution of that name (to be formed by the merger of Greenhill College, Harrow and Weald College, Harrow).

Section 3

The “operative date” in relation to the further education corporation established by this Order shall be 1st August 1999, and the corporation shall conduct Harrow College from that date.
