Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Avon Valley) Designation (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 15th June 1999.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order, “the principal Order ” means the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Avon Valley) Designation Order 1993 .

Section 3 Amendment of the principal Order

In Schedule 2 to the principal Order (management activities), in item 5 of Part I (in column 2), for “275” there shall be substituted “295”.

Section 4 Saving

Article 3 shall not have effect for the purposes of any payment to be made under the principal Order in respect of any period before 1st May 1999.
