Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Suffolk River Valleys) Designation (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 15th June 1999.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order “the principal Order ” means the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Suffolk River Valleys) Designation Order 1993 .

Section 3 Amendment of the principal Order

Schedule 2 to the principal Order (management activities) shall be amended as follows–

(a) in item 1, in column 2, for “80” there shall be substituted “75 ”; and

(b) in item 8, in column 2, for “100” there shall be substituted “ 130”.

Section 4 Saving

This Order shall not have effect for the purpose of any payment to be made under the principal Order in respect of any period before 1st May 1999.
