Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Al-Furqan Primary School, Tyseley) (Exemption from Pay and Conditions) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st June 1999.

Section 2

With effect from 1st June 1999, subsections (6) and (7) of section 2 of the Act shall not apply to the statutory conditions of employment of the school teachers in Al-Furqan Primary School, Tyseley, Birmingham.
