Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Navigation Services Charges) (Third Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st June 1999.

The Civil Aviation (Navigation Services Charges) (Third Amendment) Regulations 1999
Section 2
The Civil Aviation (Navigation Services Charges) Regulations 1998 shall be amended as follows:
(1) In regulation 7(1) for “a charge of £123.00” there shall be substituted “a charge of £147.00”.
(2) In regulation 7(3) for “a charge of £39.00” there shall be substituted “a charge of £55.00”.
