Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Radcliffe Infirmary National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st June 1999.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

The Radcliffe Infirmary National Health Service Trust established by the Radcliffe Infirmary National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
