Section 1 Commencement and citation

This Order may be cited as The A1 Trunk Road (Islington) Red Route Traffic Order 1993 Variation Order (No. 2) 1999, and shall come into force on 28th May 1999.

The A1 Trunk Road (Islington) Red Route Traffic Order 1993 is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

Section 3 Variations

In schedule 4 the text “NO STOPPING AT ANY TIME” is substituted as follows:

NO STOPPING AT ANY TIME WITH CERTAIN EXEMPTIONS FOR PICKING UP & SETTING DOWN

Section 4 Variations

In schedule 4 item 49 is substituted as follows:

From a point 95.0 metres south of the southern kerbline of Duncan Street to its junction with Pentonville Road.

Section 5 Variations

In schedule 4 the following text is added after item 65 as follows:

NO STOPPING AT ANY TIME (No Boarding and Alighting exemption)ISLINGTON HIGH STREET/UPPER STREET

(66) From its junction with the southern kerbline of Duncan Street to a point 95.0 metres south of the aforementioned kerbline.
