Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) (Third Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st July 1999.

Section 2

The Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) Regulations 1997 shall be amended as follows:

In column (3) of Schedule 2 for the unit rate in euros for the Republic of Ireland of “22.28” there shall be substituted “21.24” and for the unit rate in euros for Slovakia of “71.00” there shall be substituted “59.85”.
