Section 1 Title, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Bovines and Bovine Products (Trade) (Amendment) Regulations 1999, shall come into force on 30th June 1999 and shall extend to Great Britain.

Section 2 Amendment of regulation 13 of the Bovines and Bovine Products (Trade) Regulations 1999

Regulation 13(2) of the Bovines and Bovine Products (Trade) Regulations 1999 shall be amended by substituting for the words “In respect of the preparation at the establishment of any export eligible goods, that" the words “ The operator of an establishment approved under regulation 12 above shall ensure, in respect of the preparation at the establishment of any export eligible goods, that ” .
