Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Indicative Amounts) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st July 1999.

Section 2 Amendment of the National Health Service (Indicative Amounts) Regulations 1997

(1) The National Health Service (Indicative Amounts) Regulations 1997 shall be amended in accordance with this regulation.

(2) In paragraph 2 of regulation 1–

(a) the definition of “Welsh Health Common Services Authority” is omitted;

(b) after the definition of “the 1990 Act ” there is inserted ““Bro Taf Health Authority” means the health authority of that name established by the Health Authorities (Wales) Establishment Order 1996 .”.

(3) In paragraph 3 of regulation 2 for “Welsh Health Common Services Authority” there is substituted “Bro Taf Health Authority”.
