Section 1 Commencement and citation

This Order may be cited as The A205 Trunk Road (Lewisham) Red Route (Bus Lanes) Experimental Traffic Order 1998 Variation Order 1999, and shall come into force on 6th July 1999.

Section 2 Variations

The A205 Trunk Road (Lewisham) Red Route (Bus Lanes) Experimental Traffic Order 1998 is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

Section 3 Variations

In the Schedule, in item 1, for the entry in column (2) substitute the following entry:–

from a point 2.0 metres south of the property boundary of Nos. 136 and 138 Rushey Green south for a distance of 8.0 metres between the two traffic islands at the junction of Rushey Green and Brownhill Road.

Section 4 Variations

In the Schedule, in item 2, for the entry in column (2) substitute the following entry:–

from a point 11.0 metres north of the northern property boundary of No. 146 Rushey Green south for a distance of 179.0 metres.

Section 5 Variations

In the Schedule, in item 3, for the entry in column (2) substitute the following entry:–

from a point 10.0 metres south of the northern property boundary of No. 205 Rushey Green south for a distance of 11.0 metres between the two traffic islands at the junction of Rushey Green and Sangley Road.

Section 6 Variations

In the Schedule, in item 4, for the entry in column (2) substitute the following entry:–

from the northwestern side of the triangular traffic island situated at the junction of Catford Road and Rushey Green, southwest for a distance of 42.0 metres.

Section 7 Variations

In the Schedule, in item 5, for the entry in column (2) substitute the following entry:–

on the south side of the triangular traffic island situated at the junction of Catford Road and Rushey Green, from a point 25.0 metres west of its junction with Rushey Green west for a distance of 37.0 metres.
