Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Hillingdon Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st July 1999.

Section 2 Amendment of NHS Trust Establishment Order

In paragraph (2) of article 3 of the Hillingdon Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 (nature and functions of the trust), after “UB8 3NN” there shall be added the words “; and to own and manage hospital accommodation at Mount Vernon Hospital, Rickmansworth Road, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 2RN and there to manage local acute services”.
