Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Wiltshire Health Care and the East Wiltshire Health Care National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st October 1999.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts
(1) The Wiltshire Health Care National Health Service Trust established by the Wiltshire Health Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 shall be dissolved on 1st October 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
(2) The East Wiltshire Health Care National Health Service Trust established by the East Wiltshire Health Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 shall be dissolved on 1st October 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
