Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1989 (Revival of Parts IVA and IVB) Order 1999 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

(2) In this Order “the 1989 Act ” means the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1989.

Section 2

Part IVA (Offences against Public Security) and Part IVB (Cordons and Protective Powers) of the 1989 Act shall come into force again on the day after the day on which this Order is made and shall remain in force until the end of 21st March 2000.
