Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Leicestershire and Rutland Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1999 and shall come into force on 8th July 1999.

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order

In article 4 of the Leicestershire and Rutland Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998 , for “5 non-executive” substitute “6 non-executive”.
