Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 31st July 1999.

Section 2Amendment of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 1999

(1) The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 3 (amendment of Schedule 7B of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 ) in the substituted paragraph 7(b) to Schedule 7B of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 for the words “Fifth Edition” there shall be substituted “Fifth Edition corrected version”.
