Section 1 Commencement and citation

This Order may be cited as The A13 Trunk Road (Tower Hamlets) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1998 Experimental Variation (No. 2) Order 1999, and shall come into force on 23rd July 1999.

Section 2 Variations

The A13 Trunk Road (Tower Hamlets) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1998 is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

Section 3 Variations

In Schedule 3A item 4 is substituted as follows:–

(4) Commercial Road (A13), south side, between a point 1m west of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 562 and 564 Commercial Road and a point 1.0m east of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 568 and 570 Commercial Road.

Section 4 Variations

In Schedule 4 items 8 and 19 are substituted as follows:–

(8) Commercial Road (A13), south side, between the eastern kerbline of Butcher Row and a point 1m west of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 562 and 564 Commercial Road.

(19) East India Dock Road (A13), north side, between a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 219 and 221 East India Dock Road and a point 4m east of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 251b and 253 East India Dock Road.
