Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the International Copper Study Group (Legal Capacities) Order 1999.

(2) It shall come into force on the date on which the Terms of Reference of the International Copper Study Group enter into force in respect of the United Kingdom. That date shall be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.

Section 2

The International Copper Study Group is an organisation of which the United Kingdom and other sovereign powers are members.

Section 3

The International Copper Study Group shall have the legal capacities of a body corporate.
