Section 1 Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Guidelines) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 31st July 1999.

Section 2 Revised Guidelines

The revised guidelines laid in draft before Parliament on 30th June 1999 as to the exercise by the Commission of its functions under section 8 of the 1998 Act shall come into operation on 31st July 1999.

Section 3 Revised Guidelines

The Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Guidelines) Order 1998 (which brought into operation the draft guidelines laid before Parliament on 23rd February 1998) is hereby revoked.
