Section 1Citation and Commencement
This Order may be cited as the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Code of Conduct) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 31st July 1999.

Section 2Revised Code of Conduct
The revised Code of Conduct laid in draft before Parliament on 30th June 1999 providing guidance to persons organising a public procession or protest meeting and regulating the conduct of persons organising or taking part in such a procession or meeting shall come into operation on 31st July 1999.
Section 3Revised Code of Conduct
The Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Code of Conduct) Order 1998 (which brought into operation the draft code laid before Parliament on 23rd February 1998) is hereby revoked.
