Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Public Airport Companies (Capital Finance) (Second Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 20th August 1999.

Section 2

In Schedules 1 and 2 to the Public Airport Companies (Capital Finance) Order 1996 the entries for Humberside International Airport Limited shall be omitted.
