Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) (London Underground Works) (Amendment) Order 1999, and shall come into force on 1st August 1999.

Section 2Amendment of the definition of the London Underground Works in the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) (London Underground Works) Order 1999

In article 2 of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (Nomination) (London Underground Works) Order 1999 , in paragraph (c) of the definition of the London Underground works, for the words “dated 8th July 1999” there shall be substituted the words “dated 9th July 1999”.
