Section 1 Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on the 1st September 1999.

Section 2 Abnormal Loads

For Parts I and II of the Table to Regulation 4 of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Regulations 1998 (“the 1998 Regulations ”), there shall be substituted the following:–

Section 3 Dangerous goods

In regulation 5 of the 1998 Regulations, for the reference to the booklet entitled “Dangerous Traffic”, 9th edition issued in 1997, there shall be substituted a reference to the 10th edition of that booklet issued in 1999.
