Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st September 1999.

Section 2

The Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) Regulations 1997 shall be amended as follows:

In column (3) of Schedule 2–

For the unit rate in euros for Austria of “54.36” there shall be substituted “75.24”.

For the unit rate in euros for Croatia of “47.69” there shall be substituted “58.33”.

For the unit rate in euros for the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia of “50.38” there shall be substituted “58.50”.

For the unit rate in euros for Slovakia of “71.00” there shall be substituted “28.99”.
