Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Judicial Pensions (Qualifying Judicial Offices) (President of the Competition Commission Appeal Tribunals) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st October 1999.

Section 2Citation and commencement

In Schedule 1 to the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (offices which may be qualifying judicial offices) insert at the end of the section in Part II headed “ Members of tribunals ”:
