Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Central Manchester Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 6th September 1999.

(2) In this Order–

“the Authority” means the Manchester Health Authority;

“the Trust” means the Central Manchester Healthcare National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the property specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of the Authority and the Trust on 21st April 1999.

Section 2 Trust of trust property

On 6th September 1999 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
