Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Canadian Navigation Services) (Second Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st October 1999.

The Civil Aviation (Canadian Navigation Services) (Second Amendment) Regulations 1999
Section 2
The Civil Aviation (Canadian Navigation Services) Regulations 1998 , shall be amended as follows–
(1) In regulation 4(1)(a) for the sum of $83.81 Canadian there shall be substituted the sum $73.04 Canadian.
(2) In regulation 4(1)(b) for the sum of $50.61 Canadian there shall be substituted the sum $39.57 Canadian.
(3) In regulation (4)(1)(d) for the sum of $0.03506 Canadian there shall be substituted the sum $0.03026 Canadian.
